ACHF was established in the year 2018 the major focus is to provide Health care and Education support to the underprivileged children and also to build better livelihood opportunities for Rural and urban children to enrich quality Health and education services under privileged children. 1,75,000 childrens are born in india every year with congenital heart, they are added to the existing pool of children born with CHD between 0 to 8 years. Only about 15,000 heart surgeries are done every year on children in India. Out of these 30% need surgeries in their first year otherwise they will not see their first birthday. Over 50 children in age group of one month to 14 years die of Cancer Every day in India. Two deaths every five minutes, that is how many Kidney disease victims die in India - Two lakhs a year or roughly 547 every day.
