I am currently the head of experimentation and metrics at Robinhood, a leading fintech company that democratizes finance for all. I have over 8 years of experience in engineering leadership. At Robinhood, I help all product areas accelerate product evolution, employ first principles thinking in their strategy, and make data-driven decisions that determine the shape of product offerings. I own the development of the analytics and metrics infrastructure that powers the analysis of experiment results. Additionally, I oversee the dynamic configuration platform that enables seamless updates and changes to system settings, feature flags, and operational parameters without the need for redeploying code or interrupting services.
