Vindhya, a socio-economic venture, is India's first and arguably the world's first not-for-profit organization whose employee base majorly consists of people with disabilities (PWDs) for all its operations in data management, data entry, data processing, data conversion job, and contact center solutions. Its production staff comprises mainly physically challenged, hearing impaired, visually impaired, socially disadvantaged women, borderline cases of autism, and members of the transgender community.
