For Ph.D., the qualifying exam is <strong>Master\u2019s degree<\/strong>; for Master\u2019s, it is <strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Age Limit:<\/strong> Candidate must be <strong>not more than 35 years<\/strong> as on the first day of April of the selection year. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Family Income Limit:<\/strong> Gross annual family income must not exceed <strong>\u20b98 lakh per annum<\/strong> from all sources. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admission Requirement:<\/strong> For the first round, candidates need an <strong>unconditional offer of admission<\/strong> from a foreign institution\/university in the <strong>top 500 QS World University Rankings<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application Rule:<\/strong> Only <strong>complete online applications<\/strong> will be considered; incomplete applications can be rejected. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selection Process:<\/strong> Eligible candidates are ranked based on the <strong>QS ranking of the foreign university<\/strong> from which they have received an offer. Higher-ranked universities get higher merit priority. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tie-breaker:<\/strong> If two candidates have offers from universities with the same QS rank, merit is decided based on
