The challenge bridges the gap between digital technology and human biomechanics, covering sports, athletic training, fitness exercises, and casual recreational activities (ranging from yoga and dance to climbing, skateboarding, and gardening).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event is open to participants of all ages, backgrounds, and technical skill tiers.
