Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Open to engineering students interested in mobility engineering, vehicle design and prototype development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team requirement: <\/strong>Teams can have up to 7 members from the same or different engineering disciplines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multiple teams: <\/strong>Multiple teams from the same college\/institution are allowed, but each team must work on an independent design model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vehicle rule:<\/strong> The bicycle must be strictly human-powered; electric assist or hybrid electric assist is not allowed unless specified in a separate category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Material allowance: <\/strong>Frame materials may include steel, aluminium, carbon fibre, titanium and bamboo composites, subject to the official rulebook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design targets: <\/strong>Teams are expected to work toward 25+ km\/h speed, under 15 kg weight and cost under \u20b910,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluation process:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Round 1 &amp;
