1. Handling the complete HR department, medi-claim department, billing department, front desk, sales & marketing, finance, etc.
2. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
3. Managing workplace safety issues and training new or existing employees
4. Working on the termination of staff, if required
5. Preparing and implementing a duty roster & a salary statement
6. Conducting various welfare activities
7. Working on community initiatives programs - organizing and participating
8. Liaisoning with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
9. Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
10. Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
11. Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
12. Finding and solving problems related to hospital information management software (HIMS)
13. Forming various committees in the hospital like quality management committee, anti-sexual harassment committee, etc.
14. Participating in training and implementing any accreditation processes like NABH, ISO, etc.
