About the job
As an admission counselor, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage & convert leads for versatile programs
2. Provide in-depth information to prospective learners (this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media)
3. Own the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you
4. Handle the meeting set up, product demonstration (Zoom & Google meet), and sales closing
5. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of the number of enrollments
6. Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will be Rs 10,000/month + incentives.

1. Extremely customer-centric and excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment

3. MBA graduates would be preferred

4. Qualification: Any graduate/PG

5. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.6 LPA
