Key Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the product end to end - Design, develop and deploy
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
4. Identify the root cause of bottlenecks & random crashes and fix bugs
5. Help maintain code quality, perform peer code reviews, write unit tests & enable automation and localization
6. Stay up-to-date with technology trends (AI, ML, IoT, etc.)

Other requirements

Candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit within

Good understanding of Android UI design principles (material guidelines), patterns, and best practices

Able to create Android application from scratch to end

Create good and engaging user experiences using modern graphics and animations

Experience in improving the performance and handling memory of the app using various tools

Focus on building high performance, stable and maintainable code

Thorough understanding of OOP concepts and Core Java

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process

Ability to lead a team of developers

Good spoken/written communication and documentation abilities

Hands on experience on Kotlin

Should be a teacher, motivator and should lead the team with confidence

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 18%

3. Other incentives: 2%
