About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Act as a brand representative to interact with all potential customers and close deals
2. Work on being a team leader to manage interns for various on-ground projects
3. Work on customer relationship management & customer retention to build and grow brand loyalty
4. Work on strictly adhering to the timelines
5. Handle all offline and online marketing initiatives throughout the year
6. Work on setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
7. Work on researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
8. Work on researching prospective accounts in target markets
9. Work on pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
7. Develop brand strategies, promote brand growth and expansion, implement brand plans & work on MS-Excel and Powerpoint

Who can apply

1. Those who are from Noida, Delhi and neighboring cities

2. Mass communication, marketing and sales, business development, team leadership, and digital marketing backgrounds would be preferred

3. Strong written and spoken English with frequent exposure to traveling abroad

4. Candidates with pets will be given preference

5. Candidates with experience in internships/extra-curricular activities, such as theatre, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram marketing) background will be a bonus

6. Leadership skills and ability to work in a team

7. Negotiation, persuasion, stress handling, and excellent mass communication skills

8. Exceptional time management skills, excitement, and energy

9. Basic/Satisfactory knowledge and desire to improve digital, email, social media, and traditional marketing skills

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4.5 - 5.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
