About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquiries (both telephonically and email) for our hospitality and real estate brands
2. Work on classification and subsequent management of enquiries in hot/cold/warm buckets along with follow ups
3. Work on customer onboarding and appropriate relationship handling

Probation details: Probation period of 3 months and subsequent full time hiring based on performance. Payment of Rs 10,000 during probation plus incentives based on performance.
