About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with front-line leaders with our clients helping them to deliver an impact on critical issues
2. Manage projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to the client and internal leadership
3. Develop trust-based relationships with clients and be seen as a specialist in implementation and delivering results
4. Help the clients to build capabilities in delivery and execution during an active project and continuing it after our team has shared their recommendations
5. Work closely with the group of business analysts and guide them through your immense experience in the field to attain maximum results
6. Develop monthly and quarterly plans for clients on basis of their needs and requirement with coaches/consultants and follow them through with the group of business analysts

Other requirements

Undergraduate or master’s degree or 0-2 years of work experience in the same industry or consulting environment that includes a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional achievement and impact

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Proven leader with the ability to inspire others, build strong relationships, and create a true followership

4Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)

Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
