1. Working on the area of statutory audit, internal audit, forensic audit, bank audit, stock audit, tax audit, due diligence, valuations, and management consultancy
2. Working on corporate secretarial services, direct taxation, international taxation & DTAA, indirect taxation, secretarial compliance, forensic audit, and other services
3. Working on secretarial compliances, FEMA compliances, due diligence, XBRL filings, secretarial audit, listing agreement compliances, and management consultancy
4. Handling intellectual property rights, post-incorporation registrations, corporate restructuring, and other services
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 - 7,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
