1. Reviewing market for products and competitiveness and innovative options
2. Working on R&D on new products & design in electronic segment
3. Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software
4. Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications
5. Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations
6. Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement
7. Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures
8. Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in electronics
9. Representing the company at conferences and delivering presentations if required
10. Monitoring processes, systems, and staff & identifying problems
11. Establishing relationships with staff, vendors, suppliers, and other professionals in the field
12. Writing specifications, instructions, reports, and handling other required administrative duties
13. Working on electronics component programming, testing, and implementation
14. Working on electronic/electrical inventory maintenance
15. Mentoring new candidates and leading projects and multi-tier teams
16. Working on equipment purchase and logistical support

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
