Keenness to learn new skills and understand the requirement of the supervisor is the most important skill we are looking at
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in design, fine arts or related field
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 95%
2. Variable component: 5%
