About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on selling unique programs designed for children of ages 6-14 years. Contact parents over the phone and convince them to enroll their children in WizKlub programs
2. Talk to 60-70 customers every day over the phone - pitching WizKlub programs and follow-up regularly to drive admissions/sales
3. Handle revenue responsibility to drive 5-7 lakh revenue (sales) per month
4. Build rapport with customers (parents) by understanding customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods and explain the benefits of WizKlub programs

Other requirements

Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior

Prior experience in ed-tech or education is preferred (not mandatory)

Keen to learn and upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better sales

Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets

Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment

Good communication skills in English

Candidates who have worked on revenue targets in the earlier organizations preferred

Willing to work 6 days a week, Mondays or Tuesdays being week-off

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 300000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
