About the job

The role is for an 'Associate Manager' to support the building of partnerships and fundraising. A probationary period of 120 days will be there allowing you and the organization time to evaluate the fit.

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching potential sponsors
2. Writing funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors
3. Creating marketing and promotional activities
4. Developing fundraising events and campaigns for the social enterprise
5. Creating and managing direct customer interactions via social media

Digital Marketing Instagram Marketing Social Media Marketing

Other requirements

Postgraduate in communications/management/design/food technology/engineering/others from reputed institutions

We are looking out for a person happy to build connections and reach out to people and organizations

Being able to conceptualize and write well is an important skill required

Being able to do campaigns and events and get feedback would be an added advantage

A post-graduate degree is desirable

Ease with technology and the ability to create reports and projections would be great

Should have the ability to lead independently and constantly learn

A person keen on issues related to livelihoods, agri-value chains, community development, and the economic sustainability of marginalized communities would be excellent

Should be able to enjoy traveling as required

Good English skills, both written and spoken; and knowledge of regional languages will be a plus

Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
