About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding the nitty-gritty of the whole process of patient onboarding through doctors to care management to patient progress & health monitoring
2. Using the behavioral aspects & user psychography to create a product flow & the utility design from scratch and iteratively evolve it
3. Conducting regular user interviews (doctors, health-coach & patients) to understand their pain points and evolve the product accordingly
