1. Headhunt using different portals for multiple positions
2. Identify prospective candidates, build profiles in various portals and develop phone and email details
3. Map the profile requirements: Design the job description & prepare the reports
4. Conduct intensive research about the industries, companies, and clients across sectors, geographies, functions, and levels
5. Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals
6. Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates
7. Gather market information for higher-level profiles
8. Prepare and manage the database of prospective candidates
Excellent communication skills
Must be a B.Tech candidate
A very high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
A result-oriented approach to work and a high degree of creativity and innovation
Sharp influencing skills, the ability to connect, convince and build credibility
Proactive in searching resumes and profile using different portals
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%

Our website has a wide collection of study materials prepared by experts. Our app 'Educhat' is built to bring parents and teachers together on the same platform.
We provide supplementary education products from LKG to class 12th. Our target segment is the parents of India. We also have an app called Educhat which tries to bring parents and teachers together. Our customer base is more than 1 million parents and counting.
