About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate weekly billing reports, raise invoices when required, and coordinate for the stationary and other office expenses
2. Maintain all the bills, expenses sheets, and other admin related data on a regular basis
3. Note down the minutes of the meet on a daily basis and maintain a folder of the same
4. Communicate with the internal team for their time spent reports
5. Liaise with clients for invoice and billing related work
6. Keep a check on all the reimbursements in the office
7. Work on calendar management, make travel arrangements, and set up the required meets
