1. Reengineer process workflows and prepare to-be process workflow maps
2. Write the SOPs, business requirements document, functional specifications document, etc.
3. Help with the user acceptance test (UAT) of the new IT application system
4. Train the business users in the new SOPs and the new IT application system
5. Work on the day-to-day management of client relationships
6. Research issues and hypotheses regarding the client problems
7. Assist the senior consultant in formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions for the client
8. Take the assigned project from the original concept through implementation
9. Create and maintain the project schedule by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, estimating deadlines, and monitoring milestone completion
10. Work on documenting, prioritizing, and tracking requests and coordinating with the project manager and the team
11. Identify potential clients and maintain a strong working relationship with existing clients
12. Participate in business development exercises as and when required
Note: The job will start with a probation period of six months. The probation stipend will be discussed during the hiring process. However, the salary, post the probation period would be in the range as mentioned below and mentioned in the appointment letter.
