We are looking for an enthusiastic telesales representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing the sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
3. Enter and update customer information in the database and WhatsApp groups
4. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
5. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Pitch like a storyteller and speak clearly about things (not create confusion in it)
Have very good communication skills
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
