About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth
2. Communicate company products and services via calling and e-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs
3. Document and update CRM with daily activities as required
4. Achieve weekly and monthly goals
5. Identify and act on opportunities for improvement
6. Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts
7. Complete input numbers on daily basis and take up revenue responsibilities

Probation details: 15000 per month (3 months probation) incentives up to 10k more.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
