About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs
2. Making cold calls, networking, and handling social media to the US market, and setting appointments
3. Developing new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and social media to introduce company products and services
4. Identifying appropriate buyers within the target market
5. Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
6. Working with the inside sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals
7. Managing the data for new and prospective clients in CRM
8. Ensuring all communications are logged and the information is accurate and documents are attached

Skill(s) required

Digital Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office Social Media Marketing

Other requirements

Candidates from Bangalore shall apply

Male candidates’ comfortable working in the night shift

Must have completed their education (any undergraduate/graduate/post-graduate)

Must have excellent communication skills

Must be very comfortable with talking to people in the US and should have good phone etiquettes

Must have a genuine interest in sales

Ability to do scripted calls and non-scripted conversations with prospects

Ability to sell, nurture, and follow-up consistently

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
