Key responsibilities:

1. Providing telephonic & F2F counseling to all walk-ins viz students/parents
2. Handling inbound and outbound calls
3. Meeting monthly and yearly targets
4. Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process
5. Handling admission related responsibilities
6. Keeping track of daily inquiries
7. Maintaining the business targets and other front office compliances
8. Ensuring that the center targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization
