Key responsibilities:

1. Follow up with the leads
2. Work on closing admissions
3. Generate referral business from the current customer base
4. Oversee the admission process to attract new admissions
5. Work with senior team members to identify and manage new leads
6. Maintain fruitful relationships with students and address their needs effectively
7. Research and identify new market opportunities
8. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential leads
9. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization

Salary

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
