We are looking for a competitive business development executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. As a business development executive, they will also research sales competition.
Key responsibilities:
1. 'Get the sale' using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations, etc.)
2. Develop 'out of the box' sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
3. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
4. Meet personal and team sales targets
5. Research accounts and generate/follow through sales leads
6. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
7. Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory

Graduates only (any stream) with good communication
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
