About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on making dozens of cold calls per day to CXO-level potential prospects
2. Adopt an insight selling methodology and do not rely on open-ended questioning to diagnose their needs
3. Research and provide specific insights into their company's people problems and not a one-size-fits-all sale pitch
4. Work on pitching our consulting solutions via calls (cold/warm), emails, video calls, etc.
5. Ensure follow-up by creating tasks, meetings, completing account information, and keeping proper notes
