About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on new client acquisition through lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations of terms and conditions which will lead to the signing of contracts
2. Make calls to prospective corporate clients
3. Identify strategic and tactical opportunities for sales
4. Convert the prospects to close the deal
5. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements
6. Work on developing and negotiating contracts
7. Work on integrating contract requirements with business operations
8. Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
9. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements & track the individual contributors and their accomplishments
10. Follow up and close leads to convert the prospects into long-term clients

Earn certifications in these skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
