About Square Select Estates
We are involved in real estate activities with owned or leased property. This includes buying, selling, renting, and operating self-owned or leased real estate, such as apartment buildings, commercial office or retail space, non-residential buildings, developing and subdividing real estate into lots, etc. Also included are the development & sale of land, farms & cemetery lots, operating of apartment hotels, and residential mobile home sites.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the core business model of the company and its goals
2. Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities
3. Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face or virtual meets
4. Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners and clients in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
5. Work on cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
6. Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries and maintain everything in CRM
7. Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential builders
8. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
9. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers

Social Media Marketing Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken)
Who can apply

1. Should have sales and marketing experience via academics or external courses


CTC: 3 - 5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%
