About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the inside and direct sales in their city/region
2. Take ownership of the end to end sales and revenue
3. Introduce the company to potential clients/coaching centers by visiting them
4. Create the need and selling the appropriate solution
5. Achieve monthly sales targets
6. Take complete ownership of sale closures
7. Develop a market for our product by executing a city-level campaign for coaching centers

Who can apply

1. Must be comfortable traveling with appropriate safety measures within the city

2. Must have a vehicle to commute (traveling expenses will be paid by the company)

3. Strong sales ability and prior experience in sales and closures

4. Ability to take ownership of the role

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

6. Good strategic, planning, analytical, management, and organizational skills


CTC: 4 - 6 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
