A business development executive (BDE) plays a critical role in acquiring new customers, educating them about the organization s products and services, and presenting the right solutions to the customer based on their needs. BDEs will also be responsible for resolving customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. The BDEs of these organizations play an important role in building the organization's customer base, retaining them, and generating revenue for the business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on customer relationship management - network with people, build relationships, understand their needs, identify opportunities to promote the banks products, and achieve assigned sales targets through teamwork and effective time management
2. Work on managing the MIS & reporting - maintain, track and record customer interactions & operations for effective customer engagement
3. Work on banking compliance - stay updated with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry
BA, BCOM, BSc, BC, BA, BBA, MBA, or any graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience
