We are looking for an experienced business development executive in Pune who will generate potential leads and set up proceeding appointments with the account managers, hiring managers, and IT decision-makers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Arranging and maintaining an index (of the concerned department heads) of prospective clients for our company through cold-calling and cold-emailing
2. Maintaining sales scripts to communicate better with prospective clients and providing a glossary of the services offered by our company
3. Managing probable long-term client-business relationships and working towards consistent deal-closings
4. Serving as the medium of contact between clients and the vertical-specifics
5. Building and augmenting meaningful connections through sales networks and market navigation know-how
6. Working on the modeling and presentation of the sales pitch to be presented to interested clients
7. Working in collaboration with the department head(s) to efficiently access the supply and demand infrastructure and meeting the monthly sales quota
Education: BBA/MBA
Excellent salesmanship and honed interpersonal/customer service skills
Energetic and self-motivated individual
Flexible and resourceful team player
An innate ability to understand the infrastructure and marketability aspects of our company
Proactive, goal-oriented, and approachable by clients
Quick learning capabilities
Must be very fluent in English (UK accent must be good)
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
Location: Pune (work from office)
