About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on achieving assigned targets in terms of calls, presentations, sales volume & collections
2. Contact potential and existing customers to educate them about the product and services using the scripts as prescribed by the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements, answer queries about products or the company and close sales by conducting field presentations or video presentations (training & managers' guidance will be available wherever required)
4. Conduct presentations on video/Zoom call to demonstrate the product wherever required
5. Update every customer details, call details, order details, and other relevant information in the CRM software daily
6. Go the extra mile in meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volumes and sales & build a funnel for future sales
7. Report customer and market feedback and useful information to the manager/management periodically
8. Maintain a log of learning where their daily/weekly goals/targets & their learnings and achievements must be recorded
9. Work on ensuring upmost discipline in terms of attendance, working time, daily and weekly tasks, communication, and conduct

Other requirements

Graduates with an aptitude for the sales profession

Interpersonal, problem solving and objection handling skills

Excellent selling & negotiation skills

Excellent presentation skills

Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language

Active listening skills

Ability to manage time, work, and targets & grasp product and market knowledge

Ability to build rapport with customers

Should have a never-give-up attitude

Experience in sales of edutech products will be an added advantage

Should have a laptop, phone, and vehicle

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
