Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
