About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
3. Present our company to potential clients
4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
5. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
8. Report to the team lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
9. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
10. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
11. Understand customer needs and requirements
12. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
13. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
14. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
15. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
16. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
17. Perform effective online demos to prospects

Proficiency in English & Hindi is a must (should know how to speak both the languages fluently)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,01,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
