Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers. Your work involves evaluating a business and then realizing its full potential, using such tools as marketing, sales, information management, and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Network with current customers to gain market share within their organization
2. Cold call customers who have published openings to better understand their needs and the structure of their group
3. Work with the management to establish a sales strategy to consistently achieve sales quota
4. Conduct cold calls and follow up calls with past customers to understand their needs
5. Expand business through new account development
6. Continuously develop a pipeline of prospective clients
7. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects/clients to ensure timely identification of new business opportunities
Should have an experience of 1 year
If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, that would be beneficial

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
