Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%

This role is with an upcoming start-up in the martech domain. Your role as a sales manager is to sell the company's products and services to businesses and government organizations, as well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business. You'll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
