BDM will play a significant role in achieving the sales target & revenue from the accounts and maintaining a healthy relationship with the sales accounts within the prescribed region.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on the 100% achievement of sales targets, revenue, and collection targets
2. Work on generating sales leads via cold calls, telecalling, and channel partners
3. Work on product demonstration
4. Analyze the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate them with software features and explain the benefits
5. Analyze the product fit against the customer requirements
6. Work on reporting on sales tools
Note: The job will start with a probation period of 2 months. The stipend during the probation period will be Rs. 20000/Month.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Should be aggressive in closing sales
Should have a history of achieving sales targets
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi
Should be people-friendly and a team player
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 256000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
3. Other incentives: ₹4000 /year
