About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential clients via phone, chats, and emails
3. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
4. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
5. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
6. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
7. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives
8. Build reports to present to the manager
9. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Skill(s) required

MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

2 years of experience as a business development representative, sales account executive, or a similar role

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (inbound, outbound)

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Experience with CRM software and MS Excel

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
