Must have a passion and patience to work with fine chocolates
Ideally, you should have some professional culinary background, preferred in confectionery
Must be located in or close to Gurugram
Passionate and knowledgeable about chocolate with a desire to continue learning
Experience with chocolate, tempering chocolate, making shells & enrobing truffles, using artisan techniques, making various chocolate ganache bars and other molded chocolate bonbons
Should be creative and have an interest in developing new chocolate designs, garnishes, and techniques
Friendly and approachable
Ability to communicate and share your passion for chocolate
Attention to detail and strive to make each batch as per the recipe
Should be creative in presentation with an ability (or willingness to learn) to package the finished products
Should be reliable & responsible, for example, keeps a weekly inventory of chocolates
Works quickly, neatly, and efficiently keeping all workstations clean and organized
Completes tedious tasks in a timely manner without sacrificing quality and losing focus
Well-versed in the intricacies and details of creating each of our chocolates
Maintains a clean and organized working environment, uniform, personal cleanliness
Previous education or experience as a chocolatier, chocolate maker, candy maker, or other culinary professional position is required
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
