About the job

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Answer client queries across all the channels and deliver a great first touchpoint with the brand
2. Manage specific requests from the clients w.r.t. their order to provide a top-notch service
3. Manage bulk order requests from high net worth clients
4. Assist with general execution and other related work when required
5. Collect reviews from clients and understand any qualms that the clients may have and work on a solution to fix it
