In this role, you will work on curating and bringing these opportunities to Internshala by partnering with popular brands and individuals, and learning how corporate partnerships at Internshala work.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be the 'Relationship Manager' for Internshala's recruiters and assist them if they face any issue in the hiring process to ensure they have an impeccable hiring experience
2. Reach out to recruiters with entry-level jobs and convert them into paying customers for Fresher Jobs on Internshala
3. Speak with recruiters to understand their pain points and collect feedback
4. Executing different experiments for converting more users and optimizing the user experience on the platform
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
