Clinical Psychologist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assess your clients' needs, abilities, or behavior using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests, interviews, and direct observation of their behavior
2. Devise, monitor and adapt appropriate treatment programs, including therapy, counseling, or advice in collaboration with the colleagues
3. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside social workers, education professionals, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists
4. Offer therapy and treatments for issues relating to a range of mental health conditions
5. Develop and evaluate service provision for clients
6. Provide consultation to other professions encouraging a psychological approach in their work
7. Counsel and support careers
8. Carry out applied research adding to the evidence base of practice in a variety of healthcare settings
