The associate will be responsible for planning and executing the organization s communications strategy. This includes developing communications material such as newsletters, mailers, website content and documenting program updates in partner meetings, planning and management of events and online engagements, and managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, etc.).
Key responsibilities:
1. Curate and upload content on social media platforms and occasionally on the website
2. Design and disseminate bi-monthly newsletters to all stakeholders
3. Document key discussion points and program updates in stakeholder meetings
4. Document success stories from the ground & program learnings by coordinating with teams
5. Work with the project team to curate agenda and organize logistics for events and manage necessary follow-ups
Excellent communication and writing skills in Hindi and English
Knowledge of social media and website management
Digital communication, collateral and infographics designing skills
Experience with design tools such as PowerPoint, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. would be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and work well with diverse teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target driven environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 320000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 80000 /year
