The customer care & content executive manages customer queries through the company s email, telephone, social media & other support channels. You will also review management, content & social media, blogging, admin & other work as & when required.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on customer support, returns & reviews, and content creation for social media & blogs
2. Get trained & understand the company s brand overview, products, innovations sizing, customer care system & returns management in complete detail
3. Interact with the company s customers through email, phone, Facebook, Instagram & other channels to solve customer queries
4. Manage customer return email & internal processes to ensure due process is followed & returns are sent to the customer in time & accurately
5. Ensure all customer queries are solved within the SLA period & satisfactorily
6. Work on customer calling for sales & introducing offers
Probation details: Th job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the salary for the first 2 months will be Rs 10,000 per month & thereafter, remaining 4 months at full salary.
Sound understanding of customer service

Fluent English & Hindi skills
Good knowledge of Excel
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,05,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
