1. Create designs for our website as well as our realty page
2. Work on increasing brand awareness through the designs
3. Work on creating designs and content (text, image, video)
4. Create e-mailers using HTML/CSS
5. Assist with video production/editing
6. Work on generating graphics and media (pictures, logos, illustrations, gif, etc.) (website banners, brochures, standees, print adverts, digital ads, landing pages, etc.) essentials by using Photoshop, Premier, and Illustrator
7. Be updated with the current design trends and guidelines for both mobile/web and create seamless experiences across all platforms
8. Design original creatives for social media, push notifications, and blogs/infographics/GIFs
9. Gather and evaluate user requirements by conducting user research, etc. in collaboration with product managers and engineers
10. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
11. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
12. Collaboratively work with the US team, since we are a US firm
