1. Manage external/internal communications of the company to build and grow the brand of the company/its business units in India and international markets and promote the company's businesses
2. Work on the entire range of activities right from the conceptualization, planning, content building, designing, implementing, and monitoring of various communication activities
3. Effectively manage company's digital media marketing/improve the company's digital presence - covering website and social media
4. Work on the creation of collateral like corporate/company/business unit brochures, product brochures, direct mailers, internal/external newsletters, etc. as per requirements
5. Handle press releases, speeches, general/technical, general/technical write-ups, company/product presentations, general communications etc.
6. Work on advertisements for the corporate, individual business units, products, and services, to make the right impact
7. Assist in making corporate/company/product videos
8. Liaise closely with the external agencies, vendors, engaged in various communication activities for the group/business unit
9. Coordinate with the business units and concerned team members for the successful execution of activities
10. Track the progress of various communication activities whilst evaluating the impact of the activities and taking necessary corrective/preventive steps for increasing the impact, as may be necessary
11. Conduct market research and analysis
12. Update and maintain the corporate identity manual (CIM) and ensure strict adherence to the CIM across the group
13. Organize seminars, conferences, and exhibitions as per the requirements of corporate/business units
14. Handle any other activities directly or indirectly connected with the brand-building activities
