Corporate Legal Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drafting H-1B petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits
2. Drafting responses to the requests for evidence issued by adjudicating authority
3. Handling end to end business visa application processing from filing applications to preparing employees for visa interviews
4. Supporting the preliminary process of handling employment-based green cards
5. Communicating regularly with the employees regarding procedural and case processing issues & assisting with the review of cases
6. Coordinating with the U.S. based attorneys on legal matters
7. Monitoring material changes of the legal and/or enforcement environments respecting the U.S. immigration law & developing recommendations for changes
8. Identifying ways to improve team productivity and office-wide projects

2
