This role is a direct sales role, where you will directly interact with leads and focus on closing them. You will work with the founders and get trained and mentored under their wing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling sales operations and assisting with direct sales calls to potential clients
2. Managing and tracking potential sales leads and managing inquiry mails and messages
3. Thinking of ways to optimize the lead funnel and increase closing efficiency
4. Brainstorming ways to generate more leads (via marketing practices)
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Experience in business development/marketing along with sales will be a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
